On behalf of our children, staff, and governors, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to Easebourne C of E Primary School. My name is Mrs Serendipity (Seren) Hatcher, and I am absolutely thrilled to have joined this super school community.
At Easebourne, we are committed to ensuring a caring, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every person feels valued. We work hard to create an atmosphere where children are happy, safe, and secure so that they can thrive in everything that they do.
We are incredibly blessed to have a spacious school building and fantastic grounds. As well as outdoor equipment, a giant sandpit, a forest school, huge field, outdoor classroom and OPAL activities for all... we even have four silkie chickens and a polytunnel!
Our school is all about community and we passionately believe in the partnerships between children, staff, parents, governors and those within our locality. As a Church of England school, our relationship with St Mary's Church and our lovely priest, Derek, is foundational; Christian vision and values are woven through all that we do here at Easebourne.
We are proud of our strong relationship with the Cowdray Estate and honoured to have Lord Cowdray as our school patron. Lord Cowdray kindly sponsors one of our two minibuses, which proudly bears the Cowdray logo. Having recently met with Nick McDonald, land manager at the estate, I am looking forward to further developing our offer at Easebourne to include some fabulous enrichment opportunities.
We would love to share our wonderful school with you. Please feel free to come in, visit, and arrange a meeting so you can see firsthand what makes Easebourne such a special place to learn and grow. Please get in touch with me directly head@easebourne.school or arrange a tour through the school office office@easebourne.school
I look forward to meeting you,
Mrs Serendipity (Seren) Hatcher
