On behalf of our children, staff, and governors, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to Easebourne C of E Primary School! My name is Mrs Serendipity (Seren) Hatcher, and I am absolutely delighted and thrilled to be joining this wonderful school community.
At Easebourne, we are committed to ensuring a caring, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every person feels valued. We work hard to create an atmosphere where children are happy, safe, and secure so that they can thrive in everything that they do.
We are incredibly lucky to have a spacious school building and grounds, which include a wonderful library at the heart of our school. Outside, our grounds are extensive, featuring a large playground and a very generous grassed area. There is a pond, an orchard, an area for our chickens beyond the playground, and even a willow labyrinth.
Our school is very much about community, and we passionately believe in the partnership between children, staff, parents, and governors. As a Church of England school, our broad and balanced education is underpinned by strong Christian values. In recognition of the school’s strong historic relationship with the Cowdray Estate, Lord Cowdray became the school’s patron a few years ago and sponsors one of our two minibuses, which proudly bears the Cowdray logo.
We would love to share our wonderful school with you. Please feel free to come in, visit, and arrange a meeting so you can see firsthand what makes Easebourne such a special place to learn and grow. I invite you to get in touch with our school office to book a tour or a convenient time to meet.
With my warmest wishes,
Mrs Serendipity (Seren) Hatcher
